Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a current Ontario roofing licence and WSIB coverage, and every crew member is covered on site.
What warranty do you offer?
Every installation is backed by a written workmanship warranty, plus:
- 10-year workmanship warranty on labour
- Manufacturer material warranty, up to lifetime on shingles
- A written copy left with you at final walk-through

How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs take one to two days once we start, weather permitting. A larger or steeper roof may take longer.
What is included in a roof replacement?
A full tear-off and replacement typically includes:
- Removal and disposal of the old roof
- New underlayment and ice-and-water shield
- Manufacturer-warrantied shingles, installed to code
- A full clean-up and magnetic nail sweep
How quickly can you respond to a leak?
Most repair calls are scheduled within two business days. Active leaks and storm damage are prioritized the same day where possible.
How often should eavestroughs be cleaned?
Twice a year is typical for most homes, spring and fall, more often if you have overhanging trees. We can set up a seasonal visit.
What siding materials do you install?
Mostly insulated vinyl and fibre-cement siding, matched to your home and budget. We can walk you through sample boards on-site.
Will a new skylight leak?
Not when it is flashed correctly. We use manufacturer-specified flashing kits and tie every skylight into the surrounding roofing system, not just caulk around the frame.
How fast can you tarp storm damage?
Our emergency tarping line is answered 24 hours a day. Most Windsor-Essex calls are tarped the same day the storm hits.
